Cree film maker Neil Diamond and co-director Catherine Bainbridge, investigate the many ways Indigenous societies have shaped the world. To examine why the world is so fascinated by the Indigenous, the film is divided into four sections: fashion, sports, politics and conservation. The sports section features Jim Thorpe, a legendary Sac and First Nation Athlete and Olympian.
Unlike the recent Killers of the Flower Moon, this film has “A feel good vibe that seeks to inform rather than scold or shame.”
