Fundraiser for Orangeville Blues and Jazz Festival

Tickets are $15.00 each and include a live performance by select members of Downchild Blues Band, followed by the film. Tickets are available at BookLore or by calling the Festival office at 519-941-9041 or 1-888-792-5837

Narrated by Dan Aykroyd, Flip Flop and Fly is a live concert/documentary that celebrates the 40-year career of Donnie (Mr. Downchild) Walsh and the Downchild Blues Band. Using “once in a lifetime” live footage of Downchild’s sold out 40th Anniversary performance last fall at Massey Hall in Toronto, the film tells the story of the band’s incredible journey through interviews with members past and present, archival interviews, vintage film footage and band rarities from inception to present day.
